Check out by 9.00am.
A deposit of $300.00 is required to confirm your booking.

this payment is required within 2 weeks of booking.
Deposit refundable if cancelled 6 weeks prior to booking.
All Rates quoted in Australian Dollars.
Blankets and pillows are provided.
Linen and Towels are not provided.
Cancellations are subject to a $50 administration charge.
Final payment to be made two weeks prior to arrival.
*$200 Cleaning & Maintenance Fee will be fully refunded if the house

is left how it was found.
